Pricing plans for Singapore businesses
Ophrysen pricing is tiered by company size and the features you need, from a single user issuing invoices to a multi-user account with fuller reporting and currency support. There is no mandatory implementation package before you can use the software.
What sets the tier
- Users on the account 1 → team
- Transactions per month Light → heavy
- Feature depth Core → multi-currency
Before you choose
Every tier includes core bookkeeping, invoicing, bank reconciliation and the standard report set. The differences sit in user count, transaction limits, currency handling and reporting depth, so you are not paying extra for the basics.
Billed by invoice or bank transfer. No card payments are processed through this site.
How the tiers are structured
Plans scale along three axes: number of users, transaction volume, and feature depth such as multi-currency and advanced reporting. A sole proprietor issuing a handful of invoices a month does not need the same plan as a ten-person company reconciling several bank accounts.
Because of that, the entry tier is genuinely usable rather than a trial in disguise. You move up when your routine outgrows the tier, not on a fixed schedule.
- Users
- From one login for a sole proprietor to shared access for a finance team.
- Volume
- A shop issuing twenty invoices sits differently from a firm posting hundreds of supplier bills.
- Depth
- Multi-currency handling and the fuller reporting set appear as you move up.
- Entry tier
- Fully usable from day one, not a trial in disguise.
Choosing the right plan
Pick based on who will do the work. If you handle your own bookkeeping, a single-user plan with invoicing and bank reconciliation covers most of it. If an admin enters transactions and you review reports, you need at least two users. If an external accountant needs access, check whether your tier includes scoped accountant access.
Describing your setup in the contact form gets you a straight recommendation rather than an upsell.
You keep the books yourself
A single-user plan with invoicing and bank reconciliation handles routine work.
An admin enters, you review
You need at least two users so entries and review sit on separate logins.
An external accountant joins
Confirm your tier includes scoped accountant access before you commit.
You invoice overseas clients
Multi-currency support is the deciding feature, not a later add-on.
You are unsure
Write your setup in the contact form and ask which plan fits.
Included in every tier
What every plan includes
Every tier includes core bookkeeping, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and the standard report set. The differences sit in user count, transaction limits, currency handling, and reporting depth.
This means you are never paying extra for the basics that make the software useful in the first place. If a feature is essential to daily work, it belongs in the base.

Multi-currency and reporting tiers
Multi-currency support and the fuller reporting set appear on higher tiers. If you invoice overseas clients or buy stock in foreign currencies, check this before choosing, because retrofitting currency handling later is more disruptive than starting with it.
Check before you choose
- Overseas invoices raised in a second currency
- Supplier bills settled in a foreign currency
- Stock purchased from an overseas vendor
Reports worth confirming
- Aged receivables your bank or investor asks for
- A balance sheet produced on demand
- Currency gain and loss lines in the standard set
What is not included
Implementation consulting, custom development, and bespoke integrations are not part of the standard plans. Onboarding help with setup, migration, and templates is included. We would rather state this clearly than let you discover it after signing up.
If you need something beyond the standard scope, ask and we will tell you whether it is possible.
Billing and payment methods
Plans are billed by invoice or bank transfer, with payment on delivery or in person available where applicable. We do not process card payments online through the site, so there is no card data to worry about.
For your finance records
If you need a formal quotation for your finance records, request one through the contact form. Corporate customers in Singapore often need that document before approving a software purchase.
Invoice
Issued to the registered company name for your accounts payable.
Bank transfer
Paid from your business account, with the reference on the invoice.
In person
Payment on delivery or in person where applicable.
No long lock-in
You can change tiers as your business changes, up or down. If you outgrow a plan mid-year, the upgrade path is straightforward; if you scale back, you are not trapped in a tier you no longer need.
We would rather keep the commercial terms simple than design a contract that is hard to exit. Businesses switch accounting tools for all sorts of reasons and that should not be a penalty.
Change tiers when your routine changes
Pricing questions, answered
Four questions we hear most often from Singapore businesses comparing accounting software plans.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Tiers can be adjusted as your user count and transaction volume change, both upward and downward.
Is there a free trial?
Ask through the contact form and we will explain the current evaluation options for your situation rather than promising a fixed offer here.
Do you charge per user or per company?
Plans are structured by user count and feature depth, so both matter. The exact structure is confirmed in your quotation.
How do I pay?
By invoice or bank transfer, with payment on delivery or in person where applicable. We do not process card payments through the site.
Tell us your setup, get a straight quotation
Describe who keeps the books, how many people need access, and whether you handle foreign currencies. We will reply with the tier that fits and a quotation for your finance records.
