A quotation issued by Ophrysen sets out the scope, plan, and pricing for your business. It is prepared for the entity and the requirements described in your enquiry, and it remains valid for the period stated on it. Ask us to reissue it if your requirements change before you accept.
Use of the software is governed by the agreement accepted at signup. Where these terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement takes precedence for that engagement. Nothing on this website forms a separate contract, and no email exchange creates an agreement until the signup agreement is accepted.
If you need the current terms of a quotation, the pricing structure behind it, or the registration details of the contracting entity before you sign, request them in writing and we will confirm them.
